These are the Swarovski Xilion Rose Hotfix 2038 loose crystal rhinestones featuring Swarovski's "new generation of brilliance". These are set using heat such as a Kandi Kane or Heat Press or can be used to make your own iron on transfers with mylar sheets.
These have a rim around them that looks like they have been set with rims without the extra work! Great accent pieces for just about anything!
